We had our own home made Yee Sang two nights ago. It's a Chinese New Year dish of raw fish (we used salmon) with salad, crackers and mixture of sauces. I love the act where everyone tosses the ingredients simultaneously with chopsticks. It's also one of my favourite dishes. I am glad I got to share it with my family, aunt and uncle who came all the way from Canada.
